K&K Property Ventures, owned by Keith and Kathileen Crisp, is a Residential Redevelopment Company serving Citrus County, FL and the surrounding area. Beyond our passion for home improvement, we began our business with the simple goal of making a positive impact in the lives of current and future property owners in our community. Although the work of our business is acquiring houses from motivated sellers and renovating them into prime properties for future home buyers, the purpose of our work extends beyond the deal.
