K&K Property Ventures

About Us

K&K Property Ventures is the most trusted local home buyer

K&K Property Ventures, owned by Keith and Kathileen Crisp, is a Residential Redevelopment Company serving Citrus County, FL and the surrounding area. Beyond our passion for home improvement, we began our business with the simple goal of making a positive impact in the lives of current and future property owners in our community. Although the work of our business is acquiring houses from motivated sellers and renovating them into prime properties for future home buyers, the purpose of our work extends beyond the deal.

We care about people. Helping a home owner out of a challenging situation is equally as important to us as is transforming their home into someone else’s future forever home. Ultimately, from purchase to sale and every step along the way, we are committed to excellence in all aspects of our work. Without question, we go the extra mile. And…we will certainly support a “Best in Class – Satisfaction Guarantee” and be “Available for After-Hours Calls!”

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. K&K Property Ventures, LLC falls nothing short of a class act. Not only are they organized and professional to work with but what really stood out was when their leadership team said: "We want to make sure that we are a PLEASURE to work with in the eyes of ALL parties." There are many companies and people that say this, but the K&K Property Ventures team actually walks the talk. They are an absolute pleasure to work with.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Keith and Kat are the realest and my compassionate people I have have worked with. I had some questions on how the work with homeowners and buy houses in Ocala and they shared so much of their knowledge with me...I was blown away! In a world where customer service seems to be non-existent K&K has shown me that their are people that still care! Thank you Keith & Kat!
